2. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by Grand Remodeling LLC are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Actual costs may vary based on additional information or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes in cost prior to the commencement of additional work.

3. Scheduling and Payment

Scheduling of services will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as outlined in the contract agreement. Payment terms are also detailed in the contract agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in delays or cancellation of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the property as needed to complete the services. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the contract agreement.

6. Warranties and Liabilities

Grand Remodeling LLC warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
